A direct replacement to the inferior bonded rubber bush that superseded the original spherical bushes that are now considered a rare, desirable find. The original OE spherical bushes were replaced with the bonded rubber style due to bush seizures leading to the failure of lateral control arms and although not the best engineering solution, these bonded rubber bushes do work. These CBAuto spherical bushes aim to replace these new style rubber bushes and are primarily aimed at the race, track and performance road aspect due to the requirement for periodic maintenance and inspection – failure of which will potentially lead to catastrophic failure of the lateral arm. Please note, these are re-worked bushes made by hand on a manual machine, thus the time, skill and my hatrid of making these is reflected in the price. As to their nature, these will have scratches and minor marks on them. They do however come re-assembled and packed with lots of grease.
NOTE: Periodic (yearly) maintenance and inspection of the bushes is essential to ensure their continued service. Failure to do say may lead to critical failure of the lateral arms.Priced each
